Workshop your purpose, values, expertise, online presence, reputation, and more. Grab a cuppa and get ready to share with Callie in an honest and safe space for clarity and direction. Full workshop should take around 3 hrs with short breaks when needed. Worksheet provided with both set questions and open discussion points. Complete the session with a succinct mission statement of your professional profile.
S.M.A.R.T Goals
All goals are important, whether they're long, or short term. How do we get there? What steps are required and in what order? What tools and resources can we have in our reach to assist us? Depending on your current situation, you may need to streamline current known goals, or work out brand new ones. Recommended time for thorough conclusion is 90 mins. Minimum 30 mins where applicable.
Interview preparation
It is a great joy to me that previous clients and students of mine have successfully landed first or next jobs after our interview practices together. Know what to say, what not to say, communicate with body language, boost your confidence, feel ready, and leave a lasting impression for all the right reasons. Time from 45 mins - 90 mins.
Cover letter
With generic letters being of little to no use in the competitive job market, I will collaborate with you to craft personalized and relevant letters in your voice for each company you are interested in. Working with a structure recommended by Human Resource professionals, the details of every letter will always be unique to you and your potential employer. Recommended time from commencement to completion for a high standard is two hours. This can be flexible where applicable.
