Thank you for joining me.

I'm an employability skills Coach, who specializes in leading new workers proficiently into worthwhile jobs, and giving personalized service to professionals who are undertaking a career transition.

I'm passionate about guiding my clients to thrive so they can enrich their lives and communities.

After knocking on cafe` doors as a teenager for my first job, I set off on a career trajectory through fashion retail where I personally styled and solved problems for thousands of customers, gaining the powerful attributes of resilience and business acumen that management delivers.

Eventually, taking a break from full time work to further my studies, I enhanced my world view in multi-cultural, high performing tourism and hospitality venues which fortified my confidence as a leader, while making many new friends.

In being consistently head-hunted and promoted, I understood my work ethic to be beneficial to others in multi-faceted and enduring ways.
With updated qualifications, I became promptly employed as a Teacher in the Vocational Education and Training Sector, and soon after was invited to assume the role of a Job-seekers Advisor.

Having thus far assisted participants from ages 15 to 65, I am blessed to continue learning about the hopes and challenges of individuals from diverse walks of life, and sincerely encourage everyone on their unique journey.

Many resume`s have been offered to me over the years, usually composed by a services professional. Some have been decent, most have had to be re-written from scratch. Others are blank pieces of paper, accompanied with phrases such as;  'I have no experience,' or, 'watch me not get this job.'
Marvelously, after us working together, I watched them not only attain multiple jobs, but actively engage with holistic opportunities that then improved their entire lives.

 

Like me, you have transferable skills. When utilized well, they will serve you in any direction you'd like to go.

 

I understand that uncertainty can be a destabilizing experience.
I also know which way is up, and I won't let you down.
